Are you struggling with panic attacks? Do you fear venturing out to places because you're scared of having a panic attack while outside of your comfort zone? Do you feel frustrated, hopeless, and disconnected? Are you having difficultly keeping your scary, racing thoughts from running your life?
I get it. I've been there. After struggling intensely with panic disorder, I became nonfunctional. I couldn't drive myself anywhere. I couldn't go to the grocery store. I felt like I was disconnected from myself and the world around me. I was terrified of the fear that overtook me during an attack.
But then I learned tools. Lots and lots of tools. And now, I live a life that I am proud of. I go to work. I drive myself everywhere. I take vacations. I can't even remember the last time I had a panic attack.
In this course, I share all the coping skills, knowledge, tools, and practices that completely changed my life.
Throughout the course, you'll learn:
-what is happening during a panic attack
-why you experience the scary physical sensations that accompany anxiety

-why we breathe differently during an attack and how we can change our breath to facilitate relaxation
