But then I learned tools. Lots and lots of tools. And now, I live a life that I am proud of. I go to work. I drive myself everywhere. I take vacations. I can't even remember the last time I had a panic attack.

Your Instructor
Malia Bradshaw is a yoga teacher, author, YouTuber, blogger, and mental health advocate. After struggling through the depths of panic disorder, agoraphobia, depression, and depersonalization/derealization, Malia made it her mission to help others going through similar challenges. She is passionate about sharing her story and the tools that were monumental in her recovery.
She is an experienced registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200) and has received additional training in Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy (TIYT), Trauma & Resiliency, Restorative Yoga, the Art of Holding Space, Advanced Anatomy, and more. Malia received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2012.
